Our Process

Site Meeting

Builder, Ryan Cooper being both a highly skilled tradesmen and Builder will personally meet you on-site to discuss your individual project and requirements as a free initial consultation.



If you dont have any Plans drawn up yet, then we will put you in contact with our talented in house Building Desiner who will  be perfectly suited to your project. We will then arrange for a 3-way meeting on site, to discuss your desired outcomes.


As a further service we offer to our future clients, we can also organize for you the soil testing, surveys, engineering reports, bush fire reports or even arborist work for submition to Council as part of the DA approval, to get your project underway.


The service agreement is non-binding to use us as the chosen builder, or if you decide not to go ahead with the project, but for the essentially required documents for the Council Aproval process.

Ryan then prepares a detailed quotation within 21 Days.


This is normally around a 10 page document sent as a PDF and as a bound colour hard copy in the post.


There is a fee for this which is dependent on the amount of detail provided in the plans / engineering diagrams and specifications of your individual job. 


Your quote will produce a full Bill of Quantities, detailed right down to the tooth brush holder, with all allowed prices for tiles / tapware / kitchen appliances etc. listed out for you. We also obtain fixed price quotations from all our subcontractors / window suppliers etc. to eliminate allowances. 


We work very closely with you now, and should it not fit your budget and specific needs, we then offer an unlimited amount of  versions (amendments) as required to Tailor your quotation to your exact requirements 



On acceptance of the fixed price quotation we then put in place your Home Owners Warrenty Insurance for your specific one off project,


HIA contract is signed with the Home Owners Warranty Certificate of Insurance attached, along with a Consumer Building Guide given to you.


All other necessary Insurances are now put in place to cover you for the entire build.



Construction then starts within 21 Days, and the focus now shifts to maximizing tradesmen attendance so that your project runs smoothly to completion on time and on Budget. Any changes you wish to make at any stage are your choice because we want you to be 100% satisfied with the result.

You are then given acess to your cutting edge on-line project portal, acessed via a user name and pasword which is simple to use and lets you keep track of the progress of your project with a click of a button.


You can easily check how much money you have spent / view a detailed live calendar that tracks your current project status, upcoming events, important dates - So keeping you informed and never left wondering what happens next.


We also keep you up to date on your project with a customized photo album updated regularly which you can share the progress photos with your friends and family on your favourite social media sites such as Facebook. It’s so easy to communicate with us with our 24/7 web based access.


Handover and Warranty

On completion, you are given the keys together with all warranty certificates / instructions etc. for project.


After you settle in, we then offer a 3 month free maintenance period to return and fix any items that you are not completely happy with.


We then warrant our work for a further 2 years for non-structural items and 6 years for any structural items.
